Cielo
Cielo is a new village that makes its home high in the hills above the San Dieguito River in northern San Diego County. Cielo honors nature, historic roots, and the region's coastal climate while offering hillside residences and custom lots with unparalleled views. Cielo means "sky" in Spanish. Day after sunny day, the gentle breeze rolls inland across these hills, drawn off the ocean by warmer inland temperatures. At Cielo, homeowners share a passion for excellence in community, schools, services, recreation, and coastal living.

The Crosby
The Crosby Estate consists of 722 acres in a distinctive enclave of Rancho Santa Fe. This prestigious gated community offers first-class amenities including private championship golf and clubhouse, along with a swim and racket facility. Discreetly woven into the golf course layout are a limited number of custom estate home sites ranging in size from .25 to 1+ acre. A number of these custom estates and home sites will look beyond the clubhouse and San Dieguito River Environment Preserve to the gently rolling hills of the Covenant of Rancho Santa Fe. The architecture of Lillain Rice, inspired by the Spanish Revival style, expresses the spirit of this community. The area's original Spanish adobes were built from bricks and stone born from the local soil. The homes and community draw inspiration for these historic structures and from the land itself.

Rancho Pacifica
Surrounded by pristine open space, including the environmental preserve of Gonzales Canyon, many of Rancho Pacifica's home sites boast extraordinary settings. While the terraced Eastern home sites create a grand sense of neighborhood, the Northern, Southern and Western sites have wonderful back country views. Most of the Western sites orient toward the Pacific Ocean. Several of the homes we have developed in this area face the ocean and overlook the Fairbanks Ranch Country Club golf course with its lakes and palm trees.

Olivenhain
Olivenhain offers a unique rural setting filled with ranches, horses, and expensive homes nestled in the hillside. Although Olivenhain is rural in its setting, the Pacific Ocean, major shopping malls and grocery stores are only minutes away. The last 25 years has seen Olivenhain grow from a sleepy little town, where the community gathered at the meeting hall for picnics and at H&H Feed store for horse shows, to one of the most desirable living locations in San Diego County. This beautiful portion of coastal San Diego County is bordering Rancho Santa Fe and South Carlsbad and is just a twenty-five minute drive north from downtown San Diego. The majority of homes are in rural settings, from one half to several acres of land; on average two acres. Although Olivenhain is country, the Pacific Ocean is only a ten-minute drive.

Del Mar
Del Mar is two square miles of coastal land best known for its fairgrounds and race track "where the surf meets the turf." Two beautiful beaches, the famous Torrey Pines State Reserve, sunny weather, an annual fair and the famous Del Mar Racetrack attract visitors who come to enjoy a special lifestyle near the ocean. For fans of Carmel-by-the-Sea on the central California coast, this is the warmer, southern version. Art galleries, fantastic ocean views and winding streets supply a feel of an upscale community with character and charm. In 1959 Del Mar residents decided to incorporate as a city with a five-member City Council rather than become part of the City of San Diego.

La Jolla
La Jolla is one of the most unique communities of San Diego, combining natural beauty and local charm with its prestigious galleries, shops, boutiques, and award winning restaurants. There are theories linking the origin of the name, "La Jolla" to the Spanish word, "la joya" which means the jewel, and to the Indian word for "cave". This treasure is one of California's most elegant, scenic and exclusive communities- with seven miles of serpentine shoreline, beaches, exquisite views, majestic caves, and fabulous shopping. La Jolla has been compared to the Italian Riviera, and our "Prospect Street", to the famous, "Rodeo Drive". .

Solana Beach
22 miles from the City of San Diego on the coast is the picturesque seaside city of Solana Beach. The area known as Solana Beach was originally called Lockwood Mesa and was first settled by the George Jones family in 1886. After a brief interval in the mid 90's, real estate sales were once again on the rise. As the community progressed additional emphasis was placed on beautification. The Solana Beach Women's Civic Club gave the town a positive identity with the renovation of the plaza and installation of the "Sun Burst Fountain". They were also instrumental in the removal of numerous billboards along Highway 101 (replacing them with trees), and installing welcome signs at City entry-points. In 1986 Solana Beach incorporated.
